MEDIchair Fraser Valley is owned by Jason Clarke jason@fraservalley.medichair.com and has been at its location on Ware St. since 2000. We are licensed by the federal government as a Medical Devices Establishment and as an authorized vendor for Worksafe BC, Veteran Affairs Canada, VIHA and provincial ministries. We also work closely with many insurance companies and other health care providers.
We are a full service home medical equipment establishment offering a full range of home medical equipment, supplies and services to each of our retail customers and professional clients.

How to Find Us
Medichair Fraser Valley is located at 2633 Ware Street on the corner of Ware and Mill Lake Road. We are just South on Ware Street of South Fraser Way. Parking spots are directly in front of our store on our lot. “Handicapped” spots are also available.
